GGG70’in Eistapol üretim jantlarında kullanılma nedeni

Öncelikle 70. sınıf dökme demirin mekanik özelliklerini incelemek gerekir. Bu malzemenin diğer dökme demir türlerine göre en önemli özelliği daha yüksek çekme dayanımı ve aşınma direncidir. Bu özelliklerinden dolayı GGG70, krank milleri, eksantrik milleri ve ana torna tezgahlarının üretiminde yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu setin üretim döngüleri Alman DIN 1693 standardına göre yapılır (Amerikan standardı ASTM A536-584’e eşdeğer). GGG70’in mekanik özellikleri aşağıdaki tabloda verilmiştir.

Gezer vinçlerde, yapı üzerindeki tüm yük tekerlekler tarafından taşınır, bu nedenle çelik alaşımlara (CK45 gibi) kıyasla 70. sınıf yumuşak dökme demirin bazı özellikleri vurgulanır. Bu özellikler şunları içerir: Aşındırıcı Direnç:
